Norman the dog

Norman came to visit!

During Children’s Mental Health Week, we had a visitor from Norman the therapy dog! The boys loved seeing Norman in school, and got to sit and have time with him in the classroom. The relationship between dogs and animals is so unique; they often have a special way of connecting to children that adults don’t have. It’s fantastic to give the boys a different way of expressing themselves and a lick or a cuddle from Norman always makes anyone feel better! Thank you to Miss Sparkes, who is Norman’s owner. She is a Year 3 TA at Wetherby Kensington. We are so lucky to have them!
